Order Processing and Shipping:

  • Order Confirmation: Upon placing your order, our customer support team will confirm it within one business day.

  • Delivery Timeline: Ready to Ship Products are Delivered within 7 business days after order confirmation. For made-to-order items, please refer to the product description for specific timelines, In general it may take 7 to 45 days.

  • Shipping Charges Domestic :

    • Orders up to ₹499: A shipping fee of ₹70 applies.

    • Orders of ₹500 and above: Enjoy free shipping.

  • International Orders: Customs duties and taxes, if applicable in your country, are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our return policy is designed to provide you with peace of mind, offering clear guidance in case you wish to return or exchange a product. We prioritize your confidence in shopping with us, and our straightforward refund and exchange policy is aimed at reinforcing that trust.

Return and Refund Policy

We strive to provide products of the highest quality. If, however, you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policies are as follows:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Condition of Items: Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Timeframe: Return requests should be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product. After the 3 days timeframe no return will be accepted.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Made-to-order/custom products, international orders, and discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer support team via phone or email with your order details to request a return. Alternatively, you can use the 'Return Order' link in the website footer and fill in the required details.

  2. Confirmation: Our customer support will confirm your return request and provide instructions for the pickup process.

  3. Product Pickup: We offer free pickup for returns in most locations. If pickup is not available in your area, you may ship the product back to us using a courier of your choice; we will reimburse the shipping charges upon receipt.

Refunds and Replacements:

  • Replacement: Subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, as per your preference.

  • Refund Timeline: For Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, refunds may take 10 to 14 working days to reflect in your account. E-wallet refunds may be available within 24 hours.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception. Make a video of the product when you are opening for the first time. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and rectify the issue promptly.
