Condition of Items: Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Timeframe: Return requests should be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product. After the 3 days timeframe no return will be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items: Made-to-order/custom products, international orders, and discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Product Pickup: We offer free pickup for returns in most locations. If pickup is not available in your area, you may ship the product back to us using a courier of your choice; we will reimburse the shipping charges upon receipt.
Refunds and Replacements:

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception. Make a video of the product when you are opening for the first time. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and rectify the issue promptly.
